Preparation of investment projects

Aimed at supporting the preparation of investment projects planned for implementation with the EDB's participation.

Programme's key objective:

To increase the readiness of investment transactions for financing by the Bank and its partners.

Under the Programme, TAF is able to co-finance:

  • Development of feasibility studies, including preliminary ones;
  • Preparation of financial models and business plans;
  • Legal, technical, and financial consulting;
  • PPP project structuring;
  • ESG assessment and verification;
  • Market research;
  • Training of teams involved in project implementation, etc.
The programme focuses on the projects with high socio-economic and integration impact for the region. "Nurturing" investment projects improves the quality of their preparation, accelerates investment decision-making, and creates conditions for further financing, including the necessary fundraising.
