Eurasian Development Bank informs on results of meeting of its Board held July 10, 2009

/KASE, July 13, 09/ — Eurasian Development Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are listed on the official list of the special trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, provided KASE with a press release:

Last Friday a meeting of Council of Eurasian Development Bank was held in Almaty. The meeting was attended by Minister of Trade and Industry Viktor Hristenco representing the Russian Federation; Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev, Minister of Industry and Trade Aset Isekeshev — from Kazakhstan, deputy minister of energy and natural resources Iosif Isayan — from Armenia.

The Council considered introduction of amendments to the bank development plan for 2008—2010 in connection with approval of the Program for provision of operation of the Eurasian Development Bank amidst the global financial crisis, heard the report of the bank board regarding project activitieis in the period Janaury through May 2009, and made decisions, required for effective management by the Bank of funds of the Antocrisis Fund EvrAzES

The Council approved Deliotte as the current auditor of the bank for 2009.
