Implementation of an electronic vehicle passport system for Armenia
Project overview
The system supports public administration, the development of a free vehicle market in Customs Union countries, and interoperability with similar systems in other Customs Union countries.
Project goals and objectives
The project includes:
Task 1
Implementing a Russian digital solution provided by Electronic Passport JSC under a licence agreement and adapting it for use in Armenia's electronic vehicle passport system.
Task 2
Developing the project applicant's own information system to maintain a register of organisations authorised to issue electronic vehicle passports.
Task 3
Conducting a public awareness campaign about the project.
