The Saryarka trunk gas pipeline is a major infrastructure project in Kazakhstan designed to supply gas to the country's central and northern regions and improve the local environment.
Phase I runs 1,061 km from the Beineu–Bozoy–Shymkent trunk pipeline in the south, part of the Kazakhstan–China pipeline system, to Astana via Kyzylorda.
