Project overview

The Saryarka main gas pipeline is a major infrastructure project in Kazakhstan aimed at gasifying the central and northern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and improving the region's environmental conditions. The pipeline originates in the southern region from the Beineu–Bozoi–Shymkent pipeline, which is part of the gas pipeline system, and has a total length of 1,061 km. The project has provided access to gas for 2 million people in 211 localities.
