Project overview

The project builds capacity to realise the potential of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Kazakhstan. Activities include updating PPP courses at L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University; preparing a white paper, 'Public-Private Partnerships: Practical Recommendations for Implementing PPP Projects in Kazakhstan'; certifying representatives of the university and Kazakhstan's PPP Centre under the APMG Certified Public-Private Partnership Specialist™ Certification Program; and establishing an EDB PPP scholarship.
