The awarding ceremony took place on October 31, 2017, in Moscow, at the Eurasian Mass Media Congress.

Notably, this year the number of entries from all EDB member states reached 583, an increase by 70% and 83% compared to 2016 and 2015, respectively. We are happy that the Mass Media Creative Contest Eurasian Integration and Development – 21st Century, an event organized by the Eurasian Development Bank, has evoked so much interest among you, our colleagues in all EDB member states.

All works were reviewed by Expert Council members on a no-name basis, lending credibility and objectivity to the assessment procedure. The judge panel included the heads of journalist unions from all EDB member states.
