Project overview

The project involves engaging 4 international consultants to analyse the SME sector in the Kyrgyz Republic, assess existing state support instruments, study international best practices, and develop recommendations for a comprehensive SME support system to 2030.

Project goals and objectives

Supporting the development of a comprehensive, modern and accessible system of state support for SMEs through the preparation of the strategic document "SME Programme 2030", encompassing objectives, support measures, indicators, a roadmap, and elements of digitalisation, green financing, clustering and regional development.
