Project overview

The project will engage four international consultants to analyse the SME sector in the Kyrgyz Republic, assess existing government support measures, study international experience and develop the content and structure of the SME 2030 Programme. It also includes media support and a strategic workshop to discuss and refine the document.

Project goals and objectives

Helping to develop a comprehensive, modern and accessible public support system for SMEs through the SME Programme 2030. The strategy will set objectives, support measures, indicators and a roadmap, and cover digitalisation, green finance, clustering and regional development.
