Andrey Beliyaninov, Chairman of the EDB’s Management Board, heads an academic department at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics
Moscow, 18 February 2020. Andrey Beliyaninov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), headed the Financial Markets Academic Department at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
The department offers courses in monetary policy, risk management, insurance, banking, and the stock market. Its faculty comprises fourteen doctors and twelve candidates of science who take an active part in research and innovation projects.
Andrey Beliyaninov holds PhDs in economics and political science and is a graduate of the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of the National Economy, as Plekhanov Russian University of Economics was known earlier. He also serves as the deputy chair of the Fund of Trustees and the Alumni Association of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
