ARKA Information Agency (Armenia). Business and Privatisation EDB to announce the results of the Eurasian Integration and Development competition

01 October 2015

More than 100 entries from all EDB member countries were submitted for review to the expert council. All entries were submitted anonymously to ensure objective assessment. "Since the EEU Agreement took effect in early 2015, the theme of Eurasian integration has acquired a qualitatively new scale," the media service writes.

All members of the expert council agree that the competition will help to disseminate objective information about Eurasian integration.

The jury noted that entries for the competition contained a deep review of the issues of regional integration in Eurasia.

The results will be announced at the closure of EDB's 10th International Conference on Eurasian Economic Integration in Moscow. Competition entries are reviewed by the expert council comprising heads of the Journalist Unions from the Bank's member states.

Eurasian Development Bank is an international financial institution founded by Russia and Kazakhstan in January 2006 with the mission to facilitate the development of market economies, sustainable economic growth and the expansion of mutual trade and other economic ties in its member states. The member states of the Bank are the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Tajikistan.
