Almaty, 27 September 2012. Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov is appointed Russia’s authorised representative to the Council of Eurasian Development Bank (EDB). The Russian Government’s website reports that the respective order was signed on 24 September by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

Anton Siluanov has replaced Deputy Minister of Finance Sergei Storchak who held this office previously.
