EDB Branch in St. Petersburg Launched

St. Petersburg branch will represent the Eurasian Development Bank in the Northwest Federal District of the Russian Federation. The main function of this branch is to prepare and implement the Bank’s investment projects in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, and the neighbouring Oblasts.

In accordance with the Articles of EDB, its branch enjoys all immunities, privileges and benefits granted to EDB under the documents governing its foundation and business. The branch is managed by Andrei Lukyanov, Branch Director.

Profile

Lukyanov, Andrei Valeryevich, born 1966. Graduated from the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defence of the USSR and the Faculty of Economics of St. Petersburg State University. Served in the Army General Staff until 1992, then worked in Turkmenistan as representative of a foreign industrial company, and in St. Petersburg as representative of AvtoGAZBank. In 1995-2000 worked as Branch Manager at Investment Company ATON in St. Petersburg. In 2000 worked as Head of Securities at the International Bank of St. Petersburg. In 2000-2002 worked as Deputy Branch Manager at Alfa-Bank in St. Petersburg. In 2002-2004 worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Vitabank. In 2004-2005 worked as Corporate Finance Director at Tex Group. In 2005-2007 worked as Deputy Manager at Novgorod Head Branch of Sberbank of Russia.
