EDB Raises $50m to Develop Its Financial Sector Programmes for Member States

Almaty, 23 November 2011. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd signed a bilateral loan agreement.

Under the agreement, the EDB will be provided a US $50 million loan in two tranches to finance projects within its trade finance, microfinance, and SMB programmes.
