27 September 2021

Moscow, 27 September 2021. Five top managers of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) were included in the 22nd annual Top 1000 Russian Managers ranking compiled by the Managers Association and Kommersant Publishing House.

This is the first time the EDB has taken part in the ranking and, as the organisers note, only a few new names were included in this year’s list of awardees.

Denis Ilin, Vice Chairman of the EDB Management Board, was awarded in the Senior Executives category. Iaroslav Mandron, Vice Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board, was named among the directors in charge of developing Russia’s major companies. Nazira Satbekova, Head of the EDB’s Directorate for Funding, was recognised as one of the best investor relations directors, and Roman Mozhaitin, Head of the EDB’s Department for Information Technology and Security, among the best IT directors. Artur Bortsov, Managing Director for Communications and International Cooperation at the EDB, became an awardee among public and corporate affairs directors.

The Top 1000 Russian Managers ranking has been held annually since 2001. The ranking summarises the results of the year and identifies the most professional managers in Russia. In a peer review vote, top managers rate the success of their colleagues. The list of the 1,000 managers with the highest scores is published in the Kommersant newspaper.
