EDB to take part in the WB and IMF Spring Meetings in Washington

Almaty, 16 April 2013. Eurasian Development Bank’s (EDB) delegation headed by Igor Finogenov, Chairman of the Management Board, will take part in the World Bank Group (WB) and International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Spring Meetings this week in Washington. The Bank’s delegation will also include Sergey Shatalov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, and Ella Baibikova, Head of the Research Department.

The EDB delegation is expected to meet WB and IMF top-level officials in the US, including executive directors who manage the operations of these two institutions, in the Bank’s member states in particular.

In addition, the delegation plans to meet Russia’s representatives in the WB and IMF Vadim Grishin and Aleksei Mozhin and Slovakia’s State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Vazil Hudak.
