EDB Wins Recognition for Sustainability Reporting at KASE Annual Report Competition

The Eurasian Development Bank has been named among the winners of the annual report competition organised by the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). The awards ceremony took place in Almaty.

The competition aims to improve the quality of annual and ESG reporting by Kazakhstani companies and to promote transparency and best practices in the capital market. In 2024, 26 financial and non-financial organisations participated. Submissions were evaluated by an expert panel against more than 150 quantitative and qualitative criteria, including transparency, quality of disclosure, and investor engagement.

The Bank was recognised among the top three in the category “Best Sustainability Report 2024 in the Financial Sector,” alongside Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and Bank CenterCredit. This recognition is an important mark of trust and reflects the Bank’s consistent efforts in advancing sustainable development.
