Nikolai Nikulin is appointed the Eurasian Development Bank’s Director for Tajikistan

Dushanbe, 6 April 2021. Nikolai Nikulin has been appointed as the Director of the Eurasian Development Bank’s (EDB) Representative Office in Dushanbe. In this position, he will arrange the financing of EDB investment projects in Tajikistan.

Nikolai Nikulin was born in 1964. He studied at the Military Pilot School, the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation Engineers, the Border Guard Institute in Kaliningrad, and the North-West Academy of Public Administration. Since 2001, after completing his military service, he worked for the Russian Federal Customs Service.

Prior to joining the EDB, Nikolai Nikulin worked as a representative of the Russian Customs Service in Belarus and then in Tajikistan.

In March 2021, he was appointed the EDB Director for Tajikistan.
