Results of the 10th Eurasian Integration and Development in the 21st Century Annual Creative Media Competition
Almaty, 12 December 2024. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) has announced the results of its open creative media competition titled Eurasian Integration and Development in the 21st Century.
The competition brought together journalists from news agencies, TV channels, newspapers, magazines and online publications from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and other countries.
Participants submitted over 155 professional and impactful entries, each showcasing a deep understanding of the topic, a unique approach to coverage and attention to detail. As noted by the jury members, all submissions were of exceptionally high quality, providing objective insights into Eurasian integration processes.
The Expert Council included the heads and representatives of Journalist Unions from the Bank’s member states:
- Abdykadyr Sultanbayev, Head of the Journalist Union of Kyrgyzstan;
- Tatyana Larina, representative of the Journalist Union of Belarus;
- Bayan Ramazanova, Head of the Journalist Union of Kazakhstan;
- Rafael Guseynov, Secretary of the Journalist Union of Russia;
- Vartan Aloyan, Head of the Journalist Union of Armenia; and
- Burkhon Ismailzoda, Head of the Journalist Union of Tajikistan.
To ensure an objective evaluation process, all entries were submitted to the Expert Council anonymously.
