Strategic partnership: the EDB and Bank CenterCredit sign a memorandum on joint project implementation
Astana, 14 January 2025. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), represented by Ruslan Dalenov, Vice Chairman of the Management Board, and Bank CenterCredit (BCC), represented by Nurlan Shegebayev, Vice President for Corporate Business and Member of the Management Board, have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at fostering commercial partnerships for joint financing of investment projects in Kazakhstan, as well as supporting export credit operations for local organisations.
The Memorandum outlines plans to explore joint investment opportunities across key sectors, including energy, transport and infrastructure, industry and agriculture.
“The signing of this Memorandum opens up new avenues for collaboration between the EDB and BCC on major investment projects in Kazakhstan’s energy sector and other areas of the economy. This initiative aligns with the EDB’s mission to promote market-based economic development in its member states, foster their sustainable growth and strengthen trade and other economic ties through investment,” said Ruslan Dalenov.
