Tajikistan's Vice Prime Minister thanks the head of EDB for fruitful work on& the enhancement and consolidation of bilateral cooperation

Almaty, 3 April 2013. Murodali Alimardon, Vice Prime Minister of Tajikistan, has sent a message to Igor Finogenov, Chairman of the Management Board at Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), expressing his appreciation to the head of EDB «for fruitful work on the enhancement and consolidation of cooperation between Eurasian Development Bank and the Republic of Tajikistan.»

Vice Prime Minister Alimardon thanked Igor Finogenov for his personal contribution to the arrangement and successful conduct of the Roundtable on Investment Cooperation between Eurasian Development Bank and the Republic of Tajikistan, which took place on 12 February 2013. «This forum was a favourable platform to constructively discuss the future of our cooperation and has been highly appreciated by our government,» says the message. «Your meeting with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, which was held in the framework of the Roundtable, was another confirmation of the Tajik party’s interest in strengthening and deepening ties with Eurasian Development Bank.»

Murodali Alimardon has expressed the Tajik party’s eagerness to «use its best endeavours in order to advance interaction with EDB for a more proactive implementation of joint investment projects» aimed at the socioeconomic development of the country.
