The EDB is preparing for its 13th International Conference on Eurasian Economic Integration

Moscow, 27 September 2018. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) is preparing for its 13th International Conference on Eurasian Economic Integration. The event will take place on 22 November 2018 in Moscow.

The conference will focus on the current issues on the agenda of Eurasian integration. This year, the plenary session will discuss the establishment of a single space for settlements in national currencies and the strengthening of their role in payments between the countries. The participants will include representatives of national authorities, international institutions, and the expert community.

The conference will also host theme panels with live discussions about the role export agencies play in supporting integration, as well as advantages and disadvantages of new sources of energy.

Attention will also be paid to the national development agendas of the EAEU countries that may catalyse integration in Eurasia.

The event will traditionally bring together heads and representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, ministries and authorities, international companies and national development institutions, academia, businesses, and experts from the Bank’s member states and other countries.
