The EDB wins ADFIAP Sustainable Awards 2023 for the best website

Almaty, 16 May 2023. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) won an award for the best website in a special nomination by the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP). The award ceremony took place during the 46th ADFIAP Annual Meetings in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Nikolai Podguzov, Chairman of the EDB Management Board, commented that in 2021, the Bank underwent a rebranding and revamped its website.

“During the website update process, our primary focus was on showcasing the projects we are implementing and highlighting their economic impact. Additionally, we emphasised how our activities align with the Sustainable Development Goals. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to ADFIAP for acknowledging our efforts and providing us with the opportunity to share our experiences and accomplishments,” he said.

A conference of major investors in infrastructure and ESG projects, along with the 46th ADFIAP Annual Meetings, is taking place in Almaty on 15–17 May 2023. The EDB is hosting both events.
