The Eurasian Development Bank auctions cars (Moscow and St. Petersburg)
The Eurasian Development Bank announces an auction for cars located in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Diplomatic missions and representative offices, as well as missions and representative offices holding a similar status, international organisations and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, are invited to participate.

- Venues: 12 Krasnopresnenskaya Nab., Moscow, and 7 Paradnaya St., St. Petersburg
- Auction type: Dutch (reverse)
- Increment: US $300
- The auctioneer will announce the reserve price for each lot at the auction room prior to beginning the auction.
- Participants: Any diplomatic missions, representative offices or international organisations, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps that apply before 3.00 p.m. 20 February 2018 (Moscow time), may take part
- The winning bidder will be determined as follows: when a paddle is raised, the auctioneer will repeat the price of the respective lot three times and name the number of the bidder who is the first to raise their paddle at the announced price and, if there are no paddles raised within not less than 10 seconds, announce the bidder as the winner of the respective lot. If, while the auctioneer repeats the paddle number, (an)other bidder(s) raise(s) their paddle(s), the lot will be auctioned further using the English method at the set increment.
- Hammer price payment: payment is to be made in US dollars to the Eurasian Development Bank’s correspondent account.
- Hammer price payment deadline: within 10 calendar days from the auction completion (with the respective minutes signed) to the Eurasian Development Bank’s correspondent account.
