The EDB launches an information platform on PPPs in the EAEU+
St. Petersburg, 19 January 2022. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) launched a webpage on public-private partnerships in the EAEU+ region.
The page contains the most recent information about the PPP-related legal and institutional environment in Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Russia and Tajikistan as well as tendencies observed in PPP markets.
It also informs about the EDB’s initiation, structuring and financing of new PPP projects as well as financial instruments offered by the Bank and publishes PPP experts’ opinions and announcements about related business events.
“Today’s information environment is oversaturated, but not when it comes to PPPs. The transparency and accessibility of information on PPPs in some countries are still insufficient. The launching by the EDB of a special webpage about PPPs in Eurasia will bring obvious long-term advantages to its member states, investors, the export community and, of course, the Bank itself. The new resource will inform about PPP developments in EAEU+ countries and key events and can become a platform for sharing best PPP practices in the context of promoting Eurasian integration,” said Svetlana Maslova, EDB Director of PPP Projects.
The EDB’s PPP webpage is available here.
